During my birthday weekend last year, we attended the 23rd Annual Japanese Food and Restaurant Expo hosted by the New York Mutual Trading Company. We enjoyed speaking with the vendors and sampled their food products.  Majority of the food products were delicious. My favorite parts of this experience was every fried product, wagyu steak, miso soup and ramen. Below are highlights of event:
